Below are a few things you can learn to care for YOU!. Understand learning to love yourself takes patience and perseverance. Raising the self-care barometer may take some time, however, I want you to stay committed, be kind and support yourself during the difficult times.1. Eliminate Self Criticism. Do not berate yourself for making a mistake and try and eliminate the negative chatter inside your head. It’s imperative to see yourself as having the power to “Overturn” your obstacles and be in control of your situation.
It requires you to change your belief systems, attitude and to look at your mistakes as learning opportunities. You cannot change your past but your entire future is in your control.
2. Acknowledge Your Effort. It is not always about winning or coming in first place. It’s about the action and effort you take each day to accomplish your tasks. Acknowledge that you have done your best, you are amazing and the choices you made were based upon specific circumstances. Each day your slate is wiped clean and tomorrow is another day to make it right.
3. Trust Yourself. Have confidence in your skills and abilities. Don’t allow outside opinions affect how you see yourself and Don’t allow others to steal your joy. Keep laser focused on your goals and allow yourself to be your biggest cheerleader. You are more than capable to achieve your heart’s desire.
